I-transcription Experience Requirements - Minimum of 5 years recent and verifiable experience working in a hospital or clinic medical record department as a transcriptionist, transcribing history and physicals, consults, discharge summaries, and operative reports, or working for a transcription service covering these same report types.
Minimum of 3 years recent and verifiable experience transcribing psychiatry, pathology, radiology, physician office or clinic reports.
